I live in VA and was looking to buy a truck from them. Unfortunately, I had to back out of the deal. But while working with them, I was impressed with how professional, upfront, and real the staff was. When I thought I was going to get the truck, they worked with me to put it on hold until I come get it. When I decided I could not go through with the deal, they refunded the hold cost in full with no questions asked. If I find a vehicle that I want and they're selling it, I would be happy to do business with them again.

Had an absolute great experience at Bridgeland motor! Being from out of town, I was browsing their website and found the vehicle that | liked with the options that I liked, but that price was just out of my range. I worked with Mark B to get it to where I liked. This took a little over a three day Period. Which he graciously took time and a chance on an individual he did not know just over a phone call. I made the trip down from Watertown New York met Mark B and had a great vibe from the beginning Mark B walked me through the purchase, options and it was a pleasure of an experience. I would highly recommend working with Mark B and The team at Bridgeland motors for your next vehicle
