I’m sharing my experience to help anyone who needs a vehicle. After checking out several different auto dealers in and around Fort Drum regarding my vehicle needs I spotted a truck that was like new and priced very well at Bridgeland Auto Brokers near Syracuse. I started by calling them and discussing the truck I was interested in. Griff the salesman was very knowledgeable and polite.After speaking I drove to their dealership and was treated extremely well. The truck was exactly as described and my truck was evaluated and I was offered a fantastic trade in value. At this point I proceeded to move forward with the purchase.This is when I realized what a “fantastic experience “ I was in for. I’m traveling from the West Coast and had brand new snow tires on my existing vehicle. They accommodated me by switching over the rims and tires in addition to that they went above and beyond doing our running boards so my wife and I could easily access getting in and out of the vehicle. In addition to all of the extras, they had the kindness and courtesy to remove my existing Canopy and accommodate me with that as well. I have to tell you after purchasing more than 40 vehicles in my lifetime. This has to be the wow experience of the very best. When they walked me to the shop area I was so impressed with how everybody cared and did their very best to accommodate us. I highly recommend this dealership to anybody in the state of New York that doesn’t mind driving the extra distance to get the very best service. I can see why they do so much volume because of the way they treat their customers and treat their vehicles thank you Griff thank you Jason and the entire staff.
